Lund College Counseling supports your student through the college search and application process. We help students and families build a wise list of schools that fit the student’s profile and match their academic and social needs. We assist with casting a “wide net” to maximize students’ options at decision time. We guide students through the many tasks in the application process.

Founder and Lead Counselor
Amy has 30 years’ experience as a college professor. She is also certificate as a college admissions counselor. She’s formally mentored students during their college application process since 2020.

List-Buildling & Schedule Management
We will tailor a balanced list of schools to which your student should apply. We will work with you to create a personalized calendar with deadlines along with reminders and encouragement to help your student meet those due dates! Common App deadlines, early decision deadlines, and early action deadlines are all important.

Essay Review
We offer services for reviewing your student’s application essay and help find their voice.

Forecasting Costs
We will give you tools to help you estimate your budget for college – tuition of course, but also housing, meals, fees, supplies, and transportation. We’ll explain need and merit-based opportunities for grants, scholarships, and loans.
